Alex Smith
Alex is a new generation contractor blending design and construction as one comprehensive process. He studied at the University of Kentucky but his real passion was renovating investment property. He bought his first piece of property when he was just nineteen and founded J.A. Smith Construction in 1990 at the age of twenty-five.
Dean Forster
Dean completed a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Kentucky and has worked with Cincinnati’s leading architecture firms. Dean brings years of experience, an innate talent, and a passion for his works as in-house designer at J.A. Smith.
